These policies exist to ensure clear communication, protect both parties, and support a smooth, professional experience.
1. ABOUT US
Graphics Done Right is a veteran-owned, family-operated engraving business based in Waxahachie, Texas. We specialize in custom laser engraving for personalized gifts, décor, awards, signage, and specialty items.
2. CUSTOM ORDERS & DESIGN APPROVAL
Proofs & Mockups
Custom projects may include a digital proof or layout prior to engraving.
Once a design is approved, the order moves into production.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, layout, and design details before approval.
Graphics Done Right is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Revisions
One minor revision is typically included.
Additional revisions or design changes may result in additional fees.
3. TURNAROUND TIMES
Most orders are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on complexity and workload.
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
Rush service may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
4. PRICING & PAYMENTS
Pricing is based on materials, size, engraving complexity, labor, and production time.
Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bulk and corporate orders may require a deposit, with the balance due prior to delivery or shipment.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. BULK & CORPORATE ORDERS
Bulk pricing applies only to identical or substantially similar items produced in a single run.
Personalized variations, photo engravings, or mixed designs may not qualify for bulk discounts.
Large or complex orders require a custom quote.
6. SHIPPING, HANDLING & DELIVERY
Shipping rates include packaging, protective materials, and handling time.
Graphics Done Right is not responsible for carrier delays or errors.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Shipping Damage
Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.
Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom engraving, custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a defect or error caused by Graphics Done Right.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days, unused and in original condition.
8. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
Design fees and rush fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
9. LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available by appointment.
Items not picked up within 14 days may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned unless arrangements are made.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ARTWORK DISPLAY RIGHTS
Ownership
All original designs, layouts, and artwork created by Graphics Done Right remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Customer-provided logos, artwork, or designs remain the property of their respective owners.
Customers confirm they have permission to use any artwork, logos, or images they provide.
Display & Portfolio Rights
By placing an order with Graphics Done Right, customers grant us the right to photograph, display, and showcase completed work — including engravings, layouts, and finished products — for:
Website portfolios
Social media
Marketing materials
Promotional content
Personal information (full names, addresses, or sensitive details) will not be displayed without consent.
Customers requiring confidentiality (such as proprietary corporate designs or private memorial projects) must request this in writing prior to production.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Graphics Done Right is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays beyond our control
Misuse of products after delivery
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
12. PRIVACY & INFORMATION COLLECTION
